Job Description

Our client, a leading provider in the Rochester, NY area, is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the customer service and sales department, supporting the organization in delivering exceptional service and solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm What's the Job? Process customer telephone orders, inquiries, and participate in servicing and clerical reporting activities. Assist customers by checking stock availability, quoting prices, and processing orders accurately. Verify orders, billing, and correspondence, ensuring adherence to customer specifications. Support customers and service centers in estimating needs, quoting prices, and gathering cost information. Handle service requests, expedite order inquiries, and follow up on order statuses, including back orders and lost shipments. Other duties as assigned (May include warehouse work) What's Needed? Strong organizational and communication skills. 1-3 years experience in a related job field Personable, positive attitude, and high moral value are a must! Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and documentation.
