Phone Sales Representative

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with prospective clients via outbound and warm calling strategies. Your primary goal is to drive new business development by effectively communicating our value propositions, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with customers. Duties Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing leads through warm calling techniques and engaging them with compelling sales pitches Develop new business opportunities through targeted B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts and market research Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines Demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications during calls Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that boost lead generation and brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Enter any orders recieved in a timely and correct manner Requirements Great phone etiquette, and a self motivated attitude Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively

Preferred:

Familiarity with CRM software such as zoom info and quickbooks or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism Join us as a Phone Sales Representative and become a vital part of our growth story!
