Duties Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce products and services, ensuring clear communication of features and benefits. Engage potential customers through warm calling and outbound calling strategies to generate interest and schedule appointments. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently. Negotiate terms with prospects to secure sales agreements that meet both customer needs and company objectives. Demonstrate strong business development skills by identifying new opportunities within assigned territories. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and share insights gained from field interactions to refine sales strategies. Skills Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions confidently. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, technical sales, or telemarketing environments. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Strong communication skills in English, capable of delivering clear and persuasive messages. Knowledge of outbound calling techniques, warm calling strategies, and inside sales practices. Ability to handle technology sales effectively by explaining technical features in an accessible manner. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to business development and marketing efforts.
