Simple Close Homebuyers buys houses in cash, closes fast, and we've done it 200+ times in Tampa Bay and Orlando. We're not a call center reading off a script from out of state — we walk every house. We're growing, and we need an Acquisitions Manager who's hungry enough to go get it. If you're the type who needs to be told twice, this isn't for you. THE ROLE

You're the face of Simple Close in front of the seller. You build rapport fast, you read people faster, and you turn a stranger's worst week into a closed deal — in their living room, not over the phone. You negotiate hard, you close harder, and you never leave money on the table that you didn't fight for first. This is not a desk job. This is not a script-and-dial job. This is knock-on-the-door, sit-across-the-kitchen-table, walk-out-with-a-signed-contract work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run in-person seller appointments across Tampa Bay (Pinellas, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, Pasco)
• Build real rapport, read the room, and negotiate the number that works for both sides
• Close cash deals, novations, and creative structures — whatever gets the deal done right
• Work leads relentlessly, both booked appointments and hot leads that come in mid-day
• Represent Simple Close like an owner, not an employee punching a clock

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Tampa Bay real estate experience — required. You know the neighborhoods, the values, the market. No exceptions on this one.
• A hustler's mentality. We track our numbers and we hold people to them — if that scares you, this isn't the seat.
• Sharp on your feet. You can read a Dominant personality and a Steady personality in the same day and know exactly how to talk to each.
• Coachable. We'll teach you our system — but you have to actually run it, not rebuild it your way in week two.
• Comfortable with rejection.

Most doors don't say yes. The ones that do make the month. Great fit for someone early in their career with something to prove — recent grads with real hustle and no fear of a closed door are encouraged to apply. We care far more about your drive than your resume.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary + uncapped commission on every deal you close
• Full benefits after 6 months on the team
