This role focuses on contacting businesses, scheduling meetings, presenting our custom apparel services, and closing sales. Responsibilities Contact local businesses by phone, email, or in person. Introduce UATW and our custom apparel services. Build relationships with business owners and managers. Schedule appointments and consultations. Follow up with interested businesses. Record customer information in the company CRM. Represent UATW professionally at networking events. Meet weekly outreach and sales goals. Daily Expectations Contact 20-30 businesses. Follow up with previous leads. Schedule at least 2 business appointments. Submit a daily outreach report. Respond to customer questions professionally. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent communication skills. Friendly and professional attitude. Reliable transportation is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently. Willingness to learn UATW products and services. Commission This is a commission-based position. Representatives earn commission on completed sales they personally generate. Commissions are paid after the customer has paid UATW in full. Bonus incentives may be available for top performers. Performance Goals 5 new qualified business leads each week. 2 new customers per month (minimum). Maintain professional communication with all clients.
