Position Overview As a Call Center Phone Sales Representative, you will work with prospective clients over the phone, identify their insurance needs, present customized life insurance solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. You'll be responsible for building trust, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through policy placement.
