Job Description
•This is a work from home position. Our client, an online financial lender, is seeking call center application support representatives that reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT.Our client operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of an Application Support Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive three-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process.
What you ll be doing: Effectively handle incoming calls by guiding customers through the loan application processEnsure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of company products and servicesInitiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan applicationMaintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts
Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.
