•This is a work from home position. Our client is seeking Call Center Sales Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT.

About the role:

Our client operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of a Call Center Sales Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive three-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process.

What you'll be doing: Effectively handle calls by guiding customers through the loan application processEnsure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of our client's products and servicesInitiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan applicationEnsure excellent customer service through excellent verbal and written communicationMaintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts

•This is a work from home position. Our client is seeking Call Center Sales Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT.

Pay and Benefits:

$17.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a quaterly performance based bonus!

Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.
