We help local trade businesses — plumbers, electricians, landscapers, roofers, and similar — get found online and win more work through SEO, website design, and Google/Meta ads management. We're hiring one Client Outreach Representative — part-time or full-time, depending on the right fit — to make outbound calls to local trade business owners, spark interest in our services, and schedule consultations for our sales team. You won't be closing deals — your job is to get business owners on the phone and get a meeting on the calendar. We provide the leads, a proven script, full training, and our in-house calling system (Nexus). You bring the phone skills and the work ethic. What you'll do: Make outbound calls to a provided list of local trade businesses during your scheduled shift Follow Axion's script and objection-handling guide to build interest Schedule qualified consultations on our calendar Log every call and outcome in our Nexus system Send simple confirmation/reminder messages to reduce no-shows What we're looking for: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus (not required) Clear, friendly, confident phone presence Coachable — willing to learn and follow a script Reliable and self-motivated working from home Must live within commuting distance of Troy, MI (roughly 25 miles preferred, up to 35 considered) — this role is remote for now, but Axion may move to an in-person or hybrid model in Troy later Own computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace (not reimbursed) Available to start Monday, July 27, 2026
