Sky Nova, Inc is expanding its Cleveland sales team and searching for a Customer Enrollment Representative passionate about promoting AT&T Fiber. In this role, the Customer Enrollment Representative helps customers understand how AT&T Fiber supports uninterrupted streaming, multiple connected devices, and the evolving demands of modern home life. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll connect with customers to handle their journey to better connectivity with AT&T Fiber. You'll then engage with our customers in person to highlight the benefits of AT&T Fiber, from faster speeds to reliable performance. With every sales conversation and enrollment, the Customer Enrollment Representative crafts solutions that resonate. Role Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative Initiate sales conversations in person that highlight AT&T Fiber's role in powering modern lifestyles, from remote work productivity to entertainment. Highlight benefits in person, like unlimited data, peak‑hour consistency, and the ability to handle multiple devices without interruption. Guide sales enrollment with step‑by‑step assistance, ensuring customers are confident, informed, and supported throughout the sign‑up journey. Promote premium choice by positioning AT&T Fiber as the trusted solution for families and professionals who demand high‑performance connectivity. Detail plan options with transparent explanations of pricing, promotions, and contract terms that strengthen sales credibility and customer trust. Verify satisfaction through proactive follow‑ups that confirm smooth installation, encourage sales referrals, and reinforce long‑term loyalty. Qualities of a Customer Enrollment Representative Delivers exceptional customer service with a sales-driven mindset. Explains products and services using simple, customer-friendly language.
