Role Description :

As a Debt Settlement Sales Specialist, you'll be pivotal in our mission to offer top-tier debt resolution services. Operating from our Kennewick office, you will guide clients nationwide on their path to financial freedom. With over 750+ quality debt leads from our extensive marketing campaigns, you'll engage daily with 7-10+ high-debt leads , focusing on building rapport and presenting customized solutions. Say goodbye to cold calling!

Responsibilities :

Cultivate relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs with tailored debt resolution advice. Efficiently manage multiple leads, ensuring timely follow-ups. Contribute to and collaborate with the team for continuous enhancement of our sales strategies.

Requirements :

Sales experience, especially in debt or related industries, is an advantage. Familiarity with call center dialers, particularly BlueRock dialer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRMs, with Debt Pay Pro knowledge being a plus. Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity for all clients. Preferred early work start (6-7am) for optimal lead engagement. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, have an edge. Solution-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist clients. Educational background in finance or sales is a plus. Aptitude for reading and interpreting credit reports is ideal, though not mandatory as training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits :

Earnings :

Base + Commission . Starting base ($20/per hour) + earn commission at a percentage of the enrolled debt.

Engage with 7-10+ qualified high debt leads daily, thanks to our robust marketing campaigns. No cold calls.

Work Schedule :

Flexible start times, with preference for early starters. Opportunities for occasional remote Saturdays.
