In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging with inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out through outbound calls. Your goal is to generate qualified leads, set appointments, and nurture relationships that drive business growth. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing detailed information about products or services. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques and marketing insights to generate interest. Qualify leads by assessing client needs, budget, and decision-making processes to ensure high-quality appointment setting. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM software such as Salesforce. Engage in business development activities by identifying new opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns. Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM systems, tracking lead status and follow-up actions diligently. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach. Knowledge of sales techniques including warm calling, outbound calling, and business development strategies. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
