About the Role As Market Development Representative, you will own two parallel prospecting tracks across a nationwide territory: Track 1 —
Broker Showcases:
Prospect and schedule meetings with broker owners, office managers, and real estate leadership to present our training offering. Once a broker sees the value firsthand, booking recurring workshops for their agent roster becomes significantly easier — reducing outbound volume and improving show rates over time. Track 2 —
Mortgage & Title Company Workshops:
Directly book our training workshops with mortgage lenders and title companies so we can present in front of their agent roster and generate product sales at the event.

This role is less about dialing volume and more about building relationships that compound. You will travel to event locations and key meetings across the country as needed, with all travel expenses fully covered by the company. Territory You will work a nationwide territory with primary focus markets in: Texas Florida California East Coast — including Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts Event locations rotate throughout these markets. You will travel to support live workshops and broker meetings on an as-needed basis, with all travel reimbursed. What You'll Do Track 1 — Broker Owner & Manager Outreach Prospect broker owners, office managers, and real estate leadership across your territory via phone, email, and text. Schedule and attend broker showcase meetings to present RD Training Systems and our workshop curriculum. Build relationships with decision-makers so that filling future agent workshops becomes a warm, recurring process. Follow up with broker contacts to book multiple agent training workshops per relationship over time. Track 2 — Mortgage & Title Company Outreach Identify and prospect regional and national mortgage lenders and title companies with large agent rosters in your territory. Book our live training workshop directly into their company — positioned as a value-add for their agents and production teams. Coordinate all logistics for booked workshops including room setup, food orders, and materials. Attend select events to support the training team on-site and strengthen client relationships. Daily & Ongoing Responsibilities Review the team calendar each morning to identify scheduling gaps and prioritize outreach to fill them. Build and manage daily outreach sequences (calls, texts, emails) across both broker and mortgage/title prospect lists. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot for every lead, contact, and booked meeting. Use Calendly and the team calendar to manage scheduling without conflicts. Participate in weekly performance reviews with leadership. Collaborate with the Senior SDR, Office Administrator, and Office Manager to keep the workshop pipeline running smoothly. What You'll Need Required 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of booking meetings with decision-makers. Strong relationship-building skills — able to open doors and keep them open over time. Confident, articulate communicator who can command credibility with broker owners, office managers, and financial services leaders. Comfortable with business travel — ability to travel to event locations and territory meetings nationwide as needed (all expenses covered). Self-directed and organized — able to manage two parallel prospecting tracks from a remote, home-based setup. Preferred Bachelor's degree. Real estate license or background in real estate, mortgage, or title industries. Familiarity with HubSpot, Calendly, and outbound dialer platforms. Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to support outreach and productivity. Prior experience selling into financial services, real estate, or training/education.
