Job Description
Real Estate Cold Caller — US Market (Remote, Evening Shift)
Earn $800
1,800+/month working from home for a growing US real estate brokerage.
We're an Atlanta-based real estate brokerage expanding our outbound calling team. We're hiring 3-5 cold callers who want a long-term role with real income upside — not a churn-and-burn BPO seat.
Compensation
Base:
Up to $5/hour (paid weekly via Wise or Payoneer)
Bonus:
$25 per qualified listing appointment set
Bonus:
$200 per signed listing agreement from your appointments
Top performers consistently earn $1,500
1,800+/month
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM
12:00 AM Cairo time (covers US business hours)
40 hours/week, fully remote
Paid Egyptian public holidays after 90 days
What you'll actually do
You'll call homeowners in the United States from a pre-loaded dialer (CallTools — we provide everything).
You follow a proven script, ask qualifying questions about their plans to sell, and book listing consultations for our licensed US real estate agents. You are NOT selling. You are NOT giving home valuations. You are NOT closing. Your job is to have real conversations with homeowners and identify the ones who are thinking about selling their home in the next 3-12 months, then book them onto our agents' calendars. This is a brokerage role supporting licensed real estate agents. If you've done cold calling for real estate investors or wholesalers before, this is a different conversation — softer, longer, and more consultative. We'll train you on the exact script and objections.
Expected dial volume:
250-400 dials/day on our triple-line dialer.
Who we're looking for
Clear, confident, warm spoken English (B2 or higher) — homeowners need to feel comfortable enough to give you 5 minutes of their time
Previous cold calling, sales, or customer service experience (BPO experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right energy)
Conversational ability is more important than raw script-reading — this role rewards people who can actually talk to homeowners, not just dial
Stable internet (minimum 25 Mbps), quiet workspace, USB headset, reliable laptop/desktop
Coachable, competitive, and willing to be on calls every day — this is a phone role, not an admin role
You can commit to the evening shift long-term
Why this is different
We're not a call center. You'll be on a small team (under 15 people) where your performance is visible and rewarded.
Top performers get promoted into closer/acquisition manager roles within 6-12 months — those positions earn $2,500
4,000+/month.
We invest in training. Week one is paid training, not unpaid "trial work."
We pay on time, every Friday. No exceptions.
How to apply
Apply through Wuzzuf with your CV, then complete two short steps: 1.
60-second voice recording
answering two questions we'll send you after you apply. This is non-negotiable. Applications without a voice recording will not be reviewed. 2.
2-minute Loom video
— introduce yourself, tell us why you want this role, and describe any sales or phone experience. We respond to every qualified applicant within 48 hours.
