In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our cleaning services, and building strong customer relationships. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive business development and help expand our customer base. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our services Engage in professional B2B sales conversations, clearly explaining service benefits and addressing client questions Negotiate service packages and pricing options to close sales effectively Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-ups Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies for different customer segments Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction Follow up with potential clients regularly to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably in technology or service sales Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of B2B sales processes, outbound calling techniques, and marketing strategies Ability to handle technical sales discussions confidently and effectively Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us as a Telemarketer and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional service!
