Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team and assist in promoting our commercial and employee benefits insurance products to business owners. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and effectively communicating the benefits of our comprehensive insurance solutions. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to business owners to introduce and discuss our commercial and group health insurance offerings. Engage in professional conversations to understand potential clients' insurance needs. Clearly and persuasively explain the features and benefits of our insurance products. Collect and accurately record client information and details of interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or follow-up calls for interested prospects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or insurance-related certifications are a plus. Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is required Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently. Persuasive and resilient attitude to handle objections and rejections professionally. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when recording client information. Ability to work independently, follow scripts, and adapt to changing call scenarios. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
