Looking For:

The Right Experience:

1-2 years in a call center or sales-driven environment (Entry Level).

Tech Savvy:

Ability to type 35+ WPM while chatting, and familiarity with tools like SAP-eCRM, Genesys, Aspect, Zoom, or Google Workspace.

Communication Pros:

Elite verbal and written skills, with the ability to turn a frustrated caller into a satisfied customer using top-tier soft skills.

The Basics:

High School Diploma/GED, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week) on-site. Availability needed Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•6:00 PM.

Pay:

Competitive starting wage of $16.50/hour.
