We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our growing dealership team. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and creating opportunities through follow-up and communication, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a BDC Agent, your primary responsibility is to generate and schedule appointments for our sales team while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
Contact internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers. Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. Follow up consistently through phone calls, text messages, and emails. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM. Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule missed appointments. Re-engage older leads and inactive customers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff. Follow dealership communication processes and daily activity goals.
