In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with prospects through outbound calls and warm calling strategies to generate new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive customer interest, foster relationships, and support our business development efforts. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to establish rapport and identify sales opportunities Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting our products and services with clarity and confidence Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and expanding client base through strategic outreach Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales environments Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and tracking interactions Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Knowledge of B2B sales processes, technical sales, and marketing strategies to optimize outreach efforts Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships and trust Join us as a Telemarketing Representative and become a vital part of our growth journey!
