Duties Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive first impression. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate products or services. Utilize CRM software such as Shopmonkey to document interactions, track sales activities, and manage customer data efficiently. Engage in consultative conversations to explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and confidently. Negotiate terms and close sales by overcoming objections and demonstrating value propositions effectively. Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on warm leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts. Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate information and upsell opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms used for managing customer relationships. Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities to generate new opportunities. Knowledge of sales techniques including consultative selling, technical sales approaches, and marketing integration strategies. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically. Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
