GenviewDX is a high-growth, certified diagnostics laboratory headquartered in Houston, TX . We are seeking an Inside Sales & Telemarketing Representative to join our internal outreach and customer support team. Our biggest challenge isn't that clinics don't want our service—it's that they don't know it exists yet! In this role, you will make outbound calls to local clinics to introduce our services and answer incoming inquiries from curious providers and patients. Why GenviewDX? We solve a major problem for local healthcare clinics, especially urgent cares that stay open late and on weekends. Traditional labs close early, leaving clinics stranded without weekend support. GenviewDX is the only laboratory providing 7 days/week specimen pickup and testing with guaranteed overnight results. When clinics hear this, they are thrilled—but they have lots of questions. You will be the expert who guides them through how we operate.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Telemarketing:
Call urgent cares, medical clinics, and doctor offices across Texas to introduce GenviewDX and generate interest.
Inbound Customer Support:
Answer incoming calls from providers, clinic managers, and patients who want to learn more about our services.
Consultative Education:
Confidently answer detailed questions about our 7-day pickup schedule, overnight testing turnarounds, and setup process.
Lead Qualification:
Identify high-volume clinics and hand off hot leads or setup requests to the management team.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and clinic details in our database.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience Level:
Entry-level or experienced. Experience in telemarketing, customer service, call centers, or healthcare/medical reception is a major plus.
Exceptional Communication:
Clear phone voice, strong listening skills, and the ability to explain complex services simply and professionally.
Patience & Detail-Oriented:
Ability to handle a high volume of questions from doctors, nurses, and patients with patience and accuracy.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating multi-line phone systems, computers, and database software.
What We Offer Competitive Base Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
