The BDC Reps are responsible for answering inbound calls, setting appointments, responding to internet inquiries, and making outbound calls. The BDC Rep will utilize our CRM and the internet to respond to inquiries, update customer records, and closely track customer activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments
- Reschedule no-show customers
- Make appointments for Sales
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Department - consultants and managers
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Previous call center / sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of vehicles / automotive industry a plus but not required
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Experience utilizing inventory and/or CRM systems
- Strong/outgoing personality
- MS Office Suite computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
