Telemarketer CleanStart - 3.7 Fife, WA Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Interpersonal skills Lead generation Business development Attention to detail Prospecting Full Job Description Cleanstart is seeking a professional, motivated, and results-oriented Telemarketing Representative to join our team. This position will play an important role in supporting our business development efforts by identifying prospective customers and establishing initial contact. This is an in-office, part-time position offering approximately 15-20 hours per week. The role requires a minimum of 4 hours of work per day, scheduled within our business hours of 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. The specific 4-hour schedule can be arranged based on business needs and availability. All necessary equipment will be provided. As for pay, this position is $20 per hour and an additional $50 per set appointment. Position Responsibilities Conduct professional outbound calls to prospective commercial customers Introduce Cleanstart's cleaning and facility service solutions to potential clients Identify and qualify prospective business opportunities Develop positive relationships with prospective customers through professional communication Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions Schedule sales appointments and consultations when appropriate Meet established activity and lead-generation goals Represent Cleanstart professionally and positively in all customer interactions Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and confident telephone manner Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, business development, or customer service is preferred but not required
