In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients through warm and cold calling, nurturing relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand client needs will be key to expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to growth and success.
Performance Bonuses:
Directly aligned with company profitability and measurable through how much you sell. Bonus payout monthly. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business leads and expand market reach Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products and services Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively Negotiate terms and close deals by understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and presenting tailored solutions Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and identify new opportunities for outreach Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and market research Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or business development Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and momentum in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with marketing initiatives and warm calling strategies is a plus Join us as an Outbound Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team committed to driving growth through proactive outreach, strategic communication, and innovative solutions.
