Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Carquest Auto Parts, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers. Located in a dynamic environment, you will play a vital role in assisting both do-it-yourselfers and professional installers with their automotive needs. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist customers in locating automotive parts and products that meet their needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered by Carquest Auto Parts. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and excellent customer experience. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
