Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction Maintain thorough knowledge of products and industry trends to effectively inform and educate customers Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals Keep the sales area organized, clean, and visually appealing Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer experience Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Proven ability in sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and closing deals Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets Adaptability to learn new products and industry information quickly Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and other sales tools Would have to learn or have knowledge on vape products like vape kits and coils and pods vape products.
