Salon Associate

Island Glow Tanning is looking for the right fit for our small team. We're a locally owned tanning and red light studio known for our welcoming atmosphere, loyal clients, and relaxed but professional environment. This is a great side gig for someone who enjoys working with people, values a positive workplace, and can work independently and responsibly. We are currently hiring for a part-time Salon Associate position averaging approximately 20-25 hours per week, primarily Thursday-Saturday shifts, but can be negotiated. What You'll Do Greet and assist clients Help customers with tanning packages and product purchases Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment Clean and sanitize tanning equipment and rooms Answer phones and assist with scheduling/questions Open and/or close the salon independently Light laundry and daily upkeep tasks What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional Comfortable working independently Good communication and customer service skills Able to multitask and stay organized Positive attitude and drama-free Must be 18 years or older Retail, salon, or customer service experience is helpful, but personality, reliability, and professionalism matter most.
