Duties Lead and supervise daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth flow of services and retail sales. Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Manage employee schedules, payroll processing, and payroll records to ensure accurate compensation. Oversee inventory management including purchasing, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control. Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers through promotional activities. Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and financial recordkeeping while maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within a salon or similar environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and POS systems. Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and merchandising principles. Experience with scheduling software, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management tools.
