Salon Sales Associate

Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as personal care and well-being. Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar is a New Jersey based franchise that specializes in blowouts, cuts, makeup, lash extensions, hair extensions and more. We are conveniently located on Route 34 in Aberdeen in the Center with Livoti's and Denino's We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. Our Salon Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our salon is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Ideal past experience would be working for a spa, gym or other membership driven environment
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
• Promote personal care benefits of blowouts, cuts, makeup, and extensions
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Be a team player
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the salon
• Ability to multitask
