Job Overview:

Sample Coordinator In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the Sales Samples (SMS) for our Sales Team. The Sample Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining an organized area and ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and timely distribution of samples to the sales representatives. 2253 Apparel has a variety of brands in Women's, Men's and Kids. This position collaborates with all departments, including Sales, Design, and Production, to ensure that we have this vital tool well organized and ready for market.

Key Responsibilities:

Package and Communication Management:

Receive and log incoming packages, directing them to the corresponding departments. Handle SMS samples, distributing them to the correct departments.

Sample Coordination:

Tag all approved SMS samples for easy identification. Check FEDEX tracking to ensure there aren't any delays with shipments.

Shipping:

Take responsibility for shipping all packages for the company, coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. Create FEDEX shipping labels to send Approved SMS samples

Sample Line Preparation:

Ensure the current sample line is prepared and organized. Collaborate with Sales Team prior to each Line Presentation/Buyer Meeting to ensure complete sample line is available. Conduct regular checks to confirm that all Line Sheets are in order and Samples are in order.
