10:00pm-6:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Sanitation role for a company in Lake Mills, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Sanitation Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Janitorial duties of cleaning break room, restrooms, and offices
• Clean the manufacturing plant, including pipes and beans, forklifts, pallet jacks, cooler racking
• Clean production equipment and sanitize
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Complete necessary company sanitation trainings and follow policies and procedures
• Maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that production quality is maintained
• Report any issues with food safety, food quality, or personnel safety to management

Sanitation Requirements:

• Previous sanitation experience desired
• Regular bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Frequently lift 25 pounds throughout shift
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Prolonged standing
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management
• Ability to do basic addition and subtraction issues
