WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversight and involvement in cleaning and sanitization processes for food manufacturing equipment and food manufacturing facilities Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures Follow all company Sanitation standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning equipment and facility Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation Maintains stock and organization of all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to cleaning carts and tools, automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, foamers, cleaning equipment and tools Maintains the effectiveness of the quality system and adheres to all company GMPs and Safety policies Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet regulatory, company, and customer requirements Follow company safety policies and practices fostering a safe workplace and environment for ourselves and our co-workers Work safely with the chemicals used in the cleaning process and ensure all chemicals are used at proper concentrations following chemical handling SOP Wear appropriate person protective equipment (PPE) while perform cleaning tasks Performs other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor

SHIFT AND PAY

This is a

NIGHT SHIFT

position ( Sunday-Wednesday from 7:00PM - 5:30AM EST). Start rate for this position is $19 per hour + a 5% shift differential.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required Requires a high school education or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of sanitation or housekeeping Ability to read and comprehend written work order instructions Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment Ability to multitask and deliver consistent results with above average accuracy Experience in chemical usage and safety Preferred Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals Computer skills Forklift certification Apply Now • Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
