WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Full-Time Sanitation Technician / Custodian at Shangri-La, you play a huge role in keeping our cultivation facility running smoothly, safely, and up to the highest standards. You are the behind-the-scenes MVP helping maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment for the entire team. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Keep the facility clean, organized, and up to Shangri-La standards Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain common areas, workspaces, and cultivation environments Remove trash and maintain sanitation throughout the facility Sanitize high-touch surfaces and assist with cleanliness protocols Help ensure workspaces feel safe, fresh, and operationally ready each day Monitor cleaning supplies and notify leadership when inventory is running low Support overall facility upkeep and organization Report maintenance or safety concerns proactively You will work closely with facility leadership and operational teams to help maintain a clean and efficient environment while having opportunities to learn and grow along the way.
