Job Description

DUTIES :
Under the supervision of the Streets/Landfill/Sanitation/Storm Water Superintendent performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks related to operating collection vehicle for collection and disposal of City residential and commercial refuse.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
One (1) year of experience as a truck driver or labor/truck driver or an equivalent combination of education and experience with provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Licenses/Certifications:
Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement.
SALARY :
$23.17 to $30.12 per hour depending on experience
SCHEDULE
40 hours per week. M-F, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Evenings, holidays, and weekends may be required.
