Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end

SAP SD/OTC

lifecycle : requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment Design and optimize order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, PP, EWM) for seamless integration Lead S/4HANA enhancements and transformation initiatives in SD/OTC Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teams Drive process standardization and automation across OTC workflows Support interfaces and integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and third-party systems Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support Participate in UAT, regression testing , and release cycles Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in SAP SD with strong OTC expertise Hands-on experience with
