ROLE SUMMARY

This role serves as the SAP QA Lead, responsible for driving quality assurance across

FS-CD, FS-RI, SAP

Business Partner (BP), Workflow, and FI-GL modules. The position oversees a blended onshore/offshore team and advances test automation strategies to improve speed, coverage, and reliability. Ideal candidates bring deep SAP module expertise and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge, translating business requirements into risk-based QA approaches. Key priorities include expanding automation frameworks, establishing measurable QA standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to align testing with end-to-end processes and integrations (including Guidewire and other upstream systems). Although this is a lead role, hands-on involvement is expected to meet delivery commitments within a small-team environment.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of SAP QA Manager or Lead experience in

FSCD, FS-RI, SAP

BP, Workflow, and FiGL modules. Proficiency with

SAP TOSCA

Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan). Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and independently maintain/fix test scripts. Strong collaboration skills to work across various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements. Minimum 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA)and/or Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector. Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems. Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems. Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis. Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with

SAP BASIS

teams for production deployments. A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles.
