You'll be: Handling customer communications via phone and email professionally in coordination with your team and relevant departments, both locally and globally Independently managing all incoming orders for assigned customers, including any changes or modifications, and coordinating with all departments regarding customer orders Addressing customer complaints immediately and effectively in collaboration with the sales team and relevant departments Participating actively in Accounts Receivable Management with your assigned team Providing accurate information to your team and maintaining mandatory use of internal computer programs Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures Performing additional duties as needed to help your team meet its mission and goals This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customer interactions Demonstrate professional-level proficiency in Spanish (required) Are experienced with SAP software (preferred) and highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Can work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary customer service Are able to work independently and complete assignments based on provided instructions and standard practices Can consistently maintain regular, punctual attendance Are physically able to frequently walk, stand, lift, carry, stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and sit for prolonged periods Are comfortable working in environments where exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals may occur Can communicate clearly by phone What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
