This role plays a critical part in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care by supporting, developing, and retaining a strong and compassionate team. The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the center, with a strong focus on scheduling, employee experience, retention, and engagement. This position partners closely with leadership and staff to foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities Employee Experience & Retention Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, concerns, and coaching Support a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with resident-centered care Assist leadership with performance management, coaching, and employee development Onboarding & Hiring Support Coordinate interviews and assist with pre-employment processes Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a welcoming onboarding experience Partner with hiring managers to support smooth transitions for new employees HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within the HRIS system Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation Payroll, Scheduling & Administrative Support Process payroll and maintain time and labor systems with accuracy Lead employee scheduling and staffing coordination using center systems Support benefits administration including enrollments and employee questions Assist with workers' compensation, safety tracking, and related compliance Coordinate with corporate departments such as Accounts Payable/Receivable Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; additional HR or business education preferred 1+ years of HR, scheduling, or administrative experience (healthcare preferred) Experience in employee relations, retention, or engagement initiatives strongly preferred Familiarity with scheduling systems and workforce coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time) 401(k) with Employer Match Supportive team environment and leadership Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
