1-4 years

Pro Communication:
You???re comfortable and confident on the phone for the duration of your shift.
Tech-Proficiency:
Ability to manage a high-volume digital workspace, toggling between various screens and databases without losing accuracy.
Customer-Centric:
A background in customer service or administration where you???ve excelled.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Testing:
Skills testing must be completed in order to be considered.
