We are searching for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our practice. Our office is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and creating an organized, welcoming experience for every patient from the very first phone call. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members. This role plays an important part in keeping the schedule running smoothly, helping patients coordinate appointments, and ensuring they feel cared for and supported throughout the scheduling process. Dental experience is a plus, but it is not required. We value personality, work ethic, fast learning, and a genuine desire to care for patients even more. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately Answer phones and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs Coordinate schedules with doctors and team members Help manage daily schedule flow and appointment confirmations Follow up with unscheduled patients and help address questions or concerns regarding treatment and scheduling Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Maintain organized and accurate patient scheduling information Help create a welcoming and supportive patient experience
