very clear phone voice outstanding communication and interpersonal skills professional appearance Energetic People-oriented team player Duties include but are not limited to: Greet patients Register new patients Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation Verify and update patient information Enter all relevant patient information into data system Insurance Breakdown done prior to appointment and entered into the system Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations Answer and manage incoming calls Timely respond and comply to requests for information Schedule patient appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls Check daily appointment schedule Fill in cancellations and no-shows Collect payments from patients at time of treatmentJob Types:
