Our patients come in anxious, in pain, and often scared, and the way we schedule, communicate, and guide them makes all the difference! We are seeking a Patient Coordinator who is organized, confident on the phone, great with people, and thrives in a role where details matter and kindness counts. What You Will Be Doing Answer the phones and be the first voice our patients will hear- calm, confident and collected Schedule endodontic appointments accurately and efficiently using Open Dental Software Coordinate referrals and communicate clearly with referring offices Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Collect copays and payments at the time of service Provide exceptional customer service Work closely with a small and supportive clinical team Who You Are You are friendly, articulate, and unflappable on the phone You love organization and keeping things running smoothly You can multitask without losing your cool You genuinely care about people and want patients to be taken care of Dental front desk experience is a big plus!
