Role Overview:
We're seeking a School Age Site Coordinator to manage a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate program for school-aged children. This role ensures compliance with DHS, BrightStars, CACFP, and CCF standards while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement culturally responsive activities using SACERS and other tools. Maintain a clean, safe classroom and ensure proper supervision and ratios. Collaborate with families, counselors, and school partners to support children's needs. Conduct assessments, maintain student files, and communicate progress with families. Oversee program logistics, data reporting, and compliance with CACFP guidelines. Lead family engagement activities and participate in community events.
Qualifications:
BA with 18 credits in Child/Youth Development preferred, or AA in related field. 24 hours of professional development annually; ability to lift 20-35 lbs.
