School-Based Therapist | Make a Difference Where It Matters Most Mackee Counseling is looking for compassionate and dedicated school-based therapists to support students' emotional well-being right where they are—at school. If you believe every child's story matters and want to be a steady, supportive presence in their daily lives, this could be your next meaningful step.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide therapy services on-site in local schools Support students navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, peer issues, and more Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to create a circle of support Be a consistent, trusted adult for students who need a safe space

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

A licensed therapist (provisional or full) Passionate about working with children and teens Trauma-informed and strengths-based in their approach Collaborative, flexible, and able to build relationships in a school setting Skilled in balancing independence and teamwork Why Join Mackee Counseling?
