Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where your expertise as a Physical Therapist will make a meaningful impact on students' lives. This school-based assignment, located near Dallas, GA, is ideal for those dedicated to supporting children and adolescents throughout their educational journey. The position spans from May 23, 2026, to June 30, 2026, placing you in a dynamic environment focused on student growth and success. Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist with eligibility to practice in the state Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators and families Commitment to individualized, student-centered care Ability to assess, develop, and implement therapy plans Flexibility and adaptability to varying caseloads and environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and provide therapy services to students with physical disabilities or motor challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams Maintain accurate documentation of student progress Advise staff and parents on student needs and appropriate interventions Participate in meetings and training sessions as required Travel between assigned school sites as needed (specific sites will be confirmed at a later date) This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a difference this summer while collaborating within a supportive school environment.
