Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect) (When available, ESS Clinical shares real assignment details early in the process) Typical caseload discussed before submission Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK-12 opportunities) 1-2 building placement when possible Collaborative teams including Teachers, Intervention Specialists, Counselors, and Administration Your Impact as a School-Based PT You'll help students build the gross motor, mobility, and functional movement skills they need to participate fully in school and daily activities. Core Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct physical therapy services (individual and group) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support students' participation in academic, social, and daily living activities Contribute to
