Job Description

Category Schools - RBT -
Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Contract Type:
Full-Time (40 hours/week) W 2
Contract Caseload:
1:1 and small group with Elementary Students Weekly Pay Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group behavior analytic support under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Record accurate, real time data to track student progress.
  • Follow behavior plans, safety plans, and skill building programs aligned with each student's IEP goals.
  • Work closely with teachers, special educators, and related service providers to reinforce strategies in the classroom.
  • Use evidence based approaches to help students increase independence and appropriate behaviors.
  • Uphold BACB ethical standards and school district expectations. Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience in school settings or with children receiving special education services preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and accept ongoing supervision from a BCBA.
  • Familiarity with IEPs and comfort supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Benefits
