Generous hourly pay rate of $30 per hour RBT positions available throughout Chester County, PA school districts A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year General school hours approximately: 7:30am•2:30pm (secondary) or 8:30am•3:30pm (elementary) Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Safety Care Training (De-escalation, and Escorts & Restraints) Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

HS Diploma or equivalency National certification as an RBT•active Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs•preferred
