Technical Sales Representative

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Rep to bridge technical expertise and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a technical liaison for both internal teams and external clients. This role requires a blend of manufacturing insight, entrepreneurial problem solving and strong interpersonal communication skills. You will be required to be in the Downingtown, PA office at least 2 days / week.

Accountabilities Include:

Client Engagement:

Act as the technical contact for customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct site visits to troubleshoot, problem solve and optimize client processes as needed.

Sales Collaboration:

Partner with the sales team to present technical aspects of products and services. Develop a deep understanding of customer applications to support strategic sales initiatives.

Travel:

Travel throughout the U.S. to meet clients, attend trade shows, and provide technical support.

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Relevant experience in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on process optimization and analysis. Previous experience in a technical sales or customer-facing technical role. Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical challenges in real-world settings. Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.
