Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about making a difference in school-based settings. This full-time opening begins in August 2026 and runs through May 2027, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time availability to suit your preferences. Enjoy the chance to support students' growth and communication skills in a collaborative educational environment, working alongside experienced colleagues and supportive administration. The position is fully onsite.
Key qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Active CCC-SLP certification State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in the region Prior experience or strong interest in providing services within a school setting Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators, parents, and support staff Primary responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and district guidelines Consult and collaborate with teachers and families regarding student progress and strategies for academic success Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development opportunities Adapt and modify interventions to best support diverse student needs Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy and student support This position allows you to have a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.
